She has been engaged in hematology for 16 years. She had worked in Beijing Daopei Hospital and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Center, 307th Hospital of the PLA. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of various hematological malignancies and autologous and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, diagnosis and treatment of senile blood diseases and hemophagocytic syndrome. She had been involved in work for the Chinese Immunology Group and the Hemophagocytic Working Group.

She is good at diagnosis and treatment of autologous and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and post-transplant complication of leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome/myeloproliferative neoplasms (MDS/MPN), multiple myeloma and other malignant hematological diseases.

She had been involved in work for the Chinese Immunology Group and the Hemophagocytic Working Group, completed the collation of the patient data after 3000 donor donations in the Chinese Marrow Bank, and successively published papers in Leukemia • Lymphoma, Tumor, and Chinese Journal of Hematology and ANNALS OF TRANSPLANTATION.
